Quarter I (April 1st to June 30th, 2005)
Identification and Selection of Field NGO
After calling field NGO for implementation of RCH II programme through news paper advertisement, table and field appraisal had been conducted by SPKSS on the basis of recommendation of appraisal team the final selection of 8 fields NGO for nest session done by selection committee of RCH.
Seminar
On world health day April 7th, 2005 a seminar organized by SPKSS on role of twenty four participants of fifteen NGO attended this seminar.
Contest
On safe motherhood day April 11th, 2005 a Nutritional Recipe Contest conducted by organization the subject was "Sweet/soar from green vegetable with high nutritional value". 32 contestants participated. The organization awarded prices to each.
Orientation
For selected field NGO's a organization programme on Reproductive and Child Health Programme II conducted on May 16th, 2005. Sixteen Chief functionaries/ co-ordinations of eight FNGO's participated in this one day activity.
Base line Survey
With the team of trained volunteers and workers the base line survey conducted by SPKSS for identified out reach. Under served eight different areas of district BHIND and GWALIOR. The data entry and need assessment of identified areas has been done.
Capacity Building
By Regional Recourses Center (RRC FPAI) Mumbai training on data entry and project proposal make organized. The SPKSS entered participated with its director and coordinator.
The SPKSS organized training on project proposal writing for field NGO's. Two days training organized on May 24 25, 2005. Sixteen participant's including chief functionaries of FNGO's get trained.
ProposalProject
After getting project proposal from fields NGOs a composite project proposal for implementation of RCH II has been developed
Awareness Camp
To come over water crisis awareness camp on water conservation community awareness meeting, documentary shore and exhibition organized by SPKSS on world environment day dated June 5th, 2005.
Quarter II (July 1st to September 30th, 2005)
Rally
On occasion of World Population Day July 11th, 2005 to aware the community about the goal of population stabilization a rally with display of slogans, organized in Ghatigaon block with support of BNS Public School.
Breast Feeding Week
During breast feeding week Mothers Meetings and documentary shows organized in Sahona gram of Block Dabra, Panihar gram of Block Ghatigaon of district Gwalior and Jogora Gram of Block Mehgaon, Saraya gram of Bhind district.
Supporting ISM&H programme
Participation in the activities of FNGO, guide and monitor them for effective implementation of ISM&H programme.
Independence Day
On 59th Independence Day celebrated by SPKSS at Gwalior situated health research project building. Chief guest Shri Manoj Kumar Sarraf of Sheopur hosted the National Flag. Cultural programme organized with Sanskruti Cultural Club.
Awareness Mission
On world literacy day 8th September 2005 a documentary for pupils of BNS public school organized. All pupils decided to teach at least one illiterate.
Quarter III (October 1st to December 31st, 2005)
Foundation day
On 2nd October, 2005 the foundation day of the organization SPKSS celebrated. On this eve distribution of food and cloths in Madhav Andasharam and Kushthashram done by SPKSS. A self evaluation based discussion with future planning strategy by board members, director and staff done. A get forgather also organized at the end of this eve.
Women's meetings
Women seeking menopause related complication attended awareness meeting organized by SPKSS. The pasteurizations of documentary the information given by Gynecologist Dr. Veena Pradhan. She also answered the questions of participants.
On November 14th, 2005, Children day
Essay writing and painting competition organized by SPKSS. Children also participated in cultural programme SPKSS distributed prizes and gifts to all children.
Workshop
A workshop for children with mantel retardation organized by SPKSS. Parents participated in this workshop to get & up date knowledge and training for their children. Experts suggested sufferers and behavior therapy for them. (Mental Health day October 8th, 2005.
Exhibition
In block level Swasthya Mela Organized by district family, Health and family welfare NGO SPKSS exhibit posters, folders, flashcards, and charts on health issues, printed literature also distributed support in enrolment and indicate distribution to patients given by SPKSS staff.
Representation, guidance and monitoring of FNGO's conducting ISM&H programme done by SPKSS.
Quarter IV (January 1st to March 31st, 2006)
Survey of BEmONC and CEmONC
With M. P. government sectioning, the survey work of Basic Emergency Maternal Obstetric and Neonatal Care Unit and Critical Emergency Maternal Obstetric and Neonatal Care Unit in district Bhind done successfully by organization.
Selection of ASHA
Under National Health rural mission Scheme, the Activist (ASHA) completed in district Bhind for two blocks Mahgaon (Dhanwantari Block) and Ater.
Survey of ANM
In Six blocks of district Bhind and Four block of district Gwalior, survey of ANM done by SPKSS in prescribed format given by govt. of Madhya Pradesh.
Exhibition
In block level mela organized by department of health and family welfare, Bhind and Pariwar Kalyan Awam Swasthya Mela organized by Sansed Nidhi in Morar Civil Hospital) Health Exhibitions for community awareness on Health issues, Charts, Posters Flashcard displayed and Literature distributed.
Republic day
On January 26th, 2006 celebration of Republic Day Organized by SPKSS.
Workshop
On March 8th, 2006 International Women Day, a workshop on women empowerment organized by SPKSS.
Information for vocational opportunities and training given by experts. Women participated with their views on women empowerment.
Rally
A rally with display of slogans on irradiation of tuberculosis organized by the organization SPKSS. The rally converts in a community awareness meeting at the end on March 24th, 2006 "World Tuberculosis Day Dr. P. K. Jajoo explained its causes, Symptoms, prevention, diagnosis and treatment in brief.
